HIIT30

Come join the Inferno Team in the Clippers Quay Residents Gym for a 30 minute workout.

30 minutes spending as much time as possible in your optimum training zone to burn calories and fat. Includes a variety of bodyweight exercises in a variety of styles of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training including Tabata.) A fast pace, full body workout to make you sweat.

Grab your sweat towel, water bottle and get ready to have fun and get sweaty.

Ideal for the beginner to the experienced. We provide the instructor, the mats and the workout.

All you have to do is turn up and get ready to work hard.

Bootcamp45

Inferno Bootcamp45 is an intense 45 minute workout session with a small group of like minded people, wanting to improve their physical and mental health.

We provide the space, the equipment, the instructor and motivation. All you have to do is turn up and work hard.
